Right of Withdrawal The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of delivery.

II. SALES

General Applies to customers residing in Croatia. Any adult person with legal capacity who accepts these sales terms can become a customer by placing an order through our webshop. The sales contract becomes valid upon receipt of the package.

Prices All prices include VAT (we are a VAT-registered company) and may be changed without notice.

Payment We offer the following payment options:

• Cash on delivery

• Bank transfer

• Credit/debit card (one-time payment)

Returns and Exchanges Customers can return items within 14 days if the received product does not match the product description. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@babynatur.hr or by mail to our company address. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any damage to packaging will not be accepted.

In cases of subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., not matching personal taste), the product may be exchanged or a store credit issued.

Custom-made Products Products customized or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged. Production time is usually 15 working days, and longer in case of high demand.

Complaints Complaints can be submitted by email or mail with a copy of the invoice. We will resolve complaints within 45 days. The product must be returned in original packaging. Any shipping damage is the buyer’s risk.

Consumer Complaint Procedure In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, written complaints can be submitted:

We will respond within 15 days.

Orders and Deliveries Products are shipped upon payment to the specified delivery address. Visible damage must be reported within 1 business day.

Products in stock will be delivered within 5 working days. Payment by bank transfer may affect the delivery date.

Items marked “made to order” will be delivered within 10–15 working days. In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify the customer.

Orders over €67 are delivered free of charge. Orders under €67 are subject to a shipping fee according to the courier’s price list.

Secure Online Payments We use SSL encryption to protect user data. 128-bit SSL is the current industry standard for data security.
